Swole is the first plug-in developed by Okay Audio, a small independent company formed by producer Jack Bowden. Their debut offering is aimed at musicians, bedroom producers and professional users alike, and promises to offer a quick fix for thin sounding source material and mixes.

Swole’s simple interface features just three controls: Input and Output knobs are placed on either side of the GUI, each equipped with their own dedicated level meters, whilst the amount of processing applied by the plug-in is defined by a single central control which ranges from Weedy to Swole, via Beefy and Big. Okay Audio say that despite its simplicity, Swole is a versatile processor, recommending it for use on a range of individual sound sources and instruments as well as adding the finishing touches to entire mixes.

Compatibility

Swole is supported on PCs running Windows 10 and above, and Macs running macOS X 10.9 or later. It is available in AU, VST3, and AAX plug-in formats.
