The trailer for Dream Scenario, the upcoming A24 black comedy starring Nicolas Cage, has arrived.

Slated for a wide release November 22nd, Dream Scenario follows Paul (Cage), an unremarkable, woebegone college professor who inexplicably starts appearing in millions of people’s dreams. As an inherent wallflower, Paul is initially troubled by getting recognized by strangers everywhere he goes — but he eventually warms up to the idea of being known as a phenomenon, for better or for worse.

Along with Cage, the cast of Dream Scenario includes Julianne Nicholson, Michael Cera, Tim Meadows, Kate Berlant, Dylan Gelula, and Dylan Baker. It was directed and written by Kristoffer Borgli, and its team of producers includes Hereditary and Midsommar director Ari Aster. Cage also recently put his spin on Dracula in Renfield, and makes a not-so-surprise cameo appearance as a certain superhero in a certain new movie about a guy who can run really fast.
