Foo Fighters Perform “Rescued” on Austin City Limits: Exclusive

Foo Fighters have returned to the Austin City Limits stage for their third headlining appearance on the show. In anticipation of their upcoming episode, Consequence has an exclusive premiere of their performance of their hit “Rescued” from But Here We Are, which you can watch below.

Sounding as electric now as he did almost 30 years ago when the band formed, Dave Grohl brought every bit of energy within him to this live recording. Recently nominated for two Grammy Awards, the track’s rolling guitars and passionate vocals translate gloriously to the intimate stage, with the surrounding band members bringing their all to make this an unforgettable performance.

Foo Fighters’ first Austin City Limits appearance in nearly a decade premieres in full on Saturday, November 18th at 8:00 p.m. ET on PBS. It will be available to stream immediately following the initial broadcast. With the first half of the season nearly coming to an end, the lineup for the second half will be announced shortly.

Other notable performances from earlier in the season include our 2022 Band of the Year MUNA and Margo Price, with both episodes premiering in October. Check out the exclusive premiere of Foo Fighters performing below, and don’t miss the full episode this Saturday, November 18th.

Thanks to their upcoming North American stadium tour, Foo Fighters are booked through the end of 2023 and well into 2024. Get your tickets here.
