Christine and the Queens Cancels Remainder of 2023 Tour Due to Illness
Christine and the Queens has canceled all of his remaining 2023 tour dates due to illness.
“Red (aka Christine and the Queens) was taken ill today and on advice of doctors forced to make the difficult decision to cancel all remaining tour dates for 2023,” reads a statement posted on social media. “Refunds are available at point of purchase.”
Christine and the Queens had been touring the UK and Europe in support of his latest album, PARANOÏA, ANGELS, TRUE LOVE, since May. He was scheduled to resume the trek in Montreal on Sunday, October 15th, and continue through North America before wrapping in France in late November.
In April, Christine and the Queens performed an impassioned rendition of the single “To Be Honest” on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Last fall, Chris unveiled his “Redcar” moniker for Christine and the Queens presents Redcar les adorables étoiles (prologue).
